If your skin is dry, peeling, congested, pigmented, acneic or scarred then exfoliation is your best friend.

For the body & feet I would recommend a home remedy that works better than anything you could find in stores. Simply mix brown sugar and olive oil (50/50 ratio) and mix. You will need about a loonie size to exfoliate one whole arm, repeat 1-2 times per week until the skin is once again flawless.
