Return Policy

We stand behind the products we sell, so therefore, all sales are final.  We will replace or refund items damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds and Replacements

To be eligible for a replacement, you must first email [email protected] or call 778.379.5444 within 7 days of receiving the product at to alert us of the damage or lost product. We will ship out a replacement immediately, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Once the damaged or lost product refund has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Please allow for 3-5 business days processing to appear in your account.

Lost or Stolen Packages

NuAGE Laser is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.

Product Dissatisfaction

We always recommend a consultation prior to purchasing new products, to ensure they are right for your skin type, colour and texture. If a consultation is not possible, we are happy to send instructions on proper use for our products. We are not liable for products improperly used.

When purchasing Jane Iredale foundation for the first time, we recommend using the Foundation Finder Quiz for accurate colour matching, or getting colour matched in our clinic. We are not liable for wrongly purchased products.
