Welcome! Our clinic is by appointment only, and we do not accept walk-ins. Product pick-up times and phone lines are available between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. If you would like to purchase a product, please email us a few days prior so we can set it aside for you and schedule a pickup time.

LOCATION
When you arrive at 1130 West Pender Street, you may reach us by coming through the lobby. We’re located just above the staircase on the left-hand side of the lobby. You will see the Nu Sign; it’s pink! For safety reasons, the building doors automatically lock in the evenings and on weekends.
For appointments on Saturday, the building will be closed. Please visit 1130 West Pender. From the outside, enter through the left side of the building. You will see us just above the small set of stairs, and we will let you in.
Parking:
Underground Parking can be accessed via Thurlow Street, next to 505 Thurlow Street.
Street parking is not permitted on West Pender or Thurlow from 3 pm -6 pm; underground parking may be the best option.
Street parking is more affordable near Shoppers Drug Mart on 1202 West Pender, approximately one block away.
We cannot guarantee parking availability, and there is always construction downtown, so please allow extra time, as parking and traffic are unpredictable in the area.
