Welcome! When you arrive at 1130 West Pender Street, you may reach us by coming through the lobby. We’re located just above the staircase on the left-hand side of the lobby. You will see the Nu Sign, it’s pink!
For safety reasons, the doors to the building automatically lock in the evenings and on weekends. The building is by appointment only after 5 pm on weekdays. The Clinic is by appointment only after 6pm. We do not accept walk-ins from 6pm-7 pm.
For Appointments after 6pm please wait for your practitioner to greet you 5 minutes before your appointment, as there may be no one there to let you in earlier.
For Appointments after 5 pm and on weekends, the building will be closed. Please visit 1130 West Pender. From the outside, enter through the left side of the building. You will see us just above the small set of stairs, and we will let you in.
Parking:
Underground Parking can be accessed via Thurlow Street, next to 505 Thurlow Street.
Street parking is not permitted on Wet Pender or Thurlow from 3 pm -6 pm; underground parking may be the best option.
Street parking is more affordable near Shoppers Drug Mart on 1202 West Pender, approximately one block away.
We cannot guarantee parking availability, and there always seems to be construction downtown, so please give yourself additional time, as parking and traffic are unpredictable in the area.
