CEO + Owner / Clinic Director
Our founder, Ellie, developed a love of skin care during her years as a professional makeup artist. In addition to her work in TV, film, and Vancouver Fashion Week, Ellie worked for the makeup company MAC for nearly 6 years. It was there that she honed her understanding of the skin and its complicated conditions. After her own personal struggle with stubborn acne, Ellie made it her mission to help others find solutions that work on their journey to clear skin.
Ellie decided to pursue her passion for skin health, and while at MAC, she also studied medical aesthetics. She joined the team of a prestigious medical spa in downtown Vancouver and had the opportunity to work alongside a world-renowned skin care and cosmetic physician.
She now has more than 20 years of experience in laser and skin care and has successfully treated thousands of clients with a vast array of skin conditions and needs, specializing in acne, melsama and rosacea. The skin treatments Ellie offers at NuAGE are all designed to achieve flawless skin safely and naturally. Ellie is a strong believer in treating the body as a whole and addressing the root internal cause of a condition for lasting results.
Ellie continues to innovate and strives to be an industry-leader. She dedicates a large portion of her craft to mastering treatment plans for some of the hardest-to-treat conditions, taking a 360-degree approach to skin health tailored to individual needs. She is committed to your skin health from the moment she creates your treatment plan, which has allowed NuAGE Laser & Skin Care to build long-lasting relationships with our guests.
In an industry that can sometimes be intimidating, Ellie has thoughtfully hand-picked a team of individuals who share her beliefs in empowerment, encouragement, and education. As a NuAGE Babe, her goal is for each interaction to be positive, uplifting, and valuable. With her background as an instructor at Blanche MacDonald and 10+ years in medical aesthetics, she is known for a calm, professional demeanour and meticulous technique. Sasha

Aesthetics has been a part of Sasha’s life for a very long time. Starting out with a passion for caring for her own skin, she soon discovered how rewarding it was to share her tips and tricks to help others. Sasha took this passion to the next level by attending New Image College of Fine Arts and graduating in October 2013. With over 13 years of industry experience, including 8 specifically in laser hair removal, Sasha loves creating personalized treatment plans during consultations, keeping your needs at the forefront.
Sasha is passionate about helping others reach their goals and build confidence. Having been through her own skin struggles with acne and scarring, she knows firsthand just how great it feels to finally reach that skin goal! With her ever-learning time in the aesthetics industry, she has a wealth of knowledge for any inquiry you can think of! Sasha is a true Skin Health Expert and loves combining advanced technologies, such as laser, with holistic remedies, such as nutrition and supplements, to treat the body as a whole.
Known for her calming presence, exceptional client care, and amazing results, Sasha has been a fan favourite among many of our guests, they continue to come back to try different skin health treatments based on their experience with Sasha.

Nicole is the Clinic Manager at NuAGE Laser & Skin Care, bringing a strong background in marketing and brand strategy to the field of medical aesthetics. With a deep understanding of both client experience, skin health and business operations, she plays a key role in shaping the clinic’s growth, culture, and reputation.
Prior to her career in marketing, Nicole managed a Sephora for 5+ years and loved developing client relationships while building skin care routines.
Combining strategic marketing expertise with hands-on clinic management, Nicole oversees daily operations, team coordination, and client journey optimization to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience from consultation to treatment. She is highly skilled in communication, brand positioning, and digital engagement, helping the clinic remain visible, relevant, and trusted in a competitive aesthetics market. Nicole’s number one passion is client service, treating every guest with respect, kindness and a tailored experience.
