Can Coffee Lower the Risk of Skin Cancer?

The beauty and anti-ageing benefits of coffee are seemingly endless and there’s yet another reason to get your daily dose of caffeine. New research from Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School is saying that consuming more coffee helps to decrease the chance of basal cell carcinoma, a common type of skin cancer, since it inhibits the formations of tumours. But the findings aren’t limited to just coffee. All types of caffeine are believed to up the ante against skin cancer.
